Hi-Jack and No Recovery of the vehicle

I would like to lodge a complain about the above mentioned company. I got hi-jacked on 2013-06-12 01:53:08 in Witbank KwaGUQA by two armed men at gun point and Netstar was informed and according to the report I received from them was that the Air and ground response teams were informed and dispatched but NO recovery. An extension network and visual search conducted on the vehicle and no sign of the vehicle and NO signals received from the vehicle during the search which is quiet annoying and strange. The vehicle is still missing and NO trace of it.

I am paying a damage every month for services that I don't receive and not even recover my hi-jacked vehicle.

Please terminate my contract with immediate effect and STOP debiting my accounts because your device could not help me when I got hi-jacked and my life was in danger and THANK that I am still alive today.
