Altech Netstar
Over Charged for 2 months

Netstar has been debiting my account for installments on 2 vehicles for 2 months now when my initial request was for them to terminate the vehicle i sold and instate the new vehicle i had bought. I had numerous conversations with their contact centre in JHB and each time the feedback i received was that they could do nothing about it because it was a fault from their Durban office. Aren't they supposed to be one company??? The e-mail feedback i received from them admitted the fault was on their side but to date i have not been credited and this has been going on since mid-April. If this is the kind of service we receive from Altech Netstar, i dread the day my vehicle get's and i have to call them to help recover my car!!!
