Accepting payments and not supplying service

Altech Netstar have been monitoring the incorrect vehicle for two years, for which I have been paying monthly subscriptions.. Had I been hi jacked, no one would have found me. When this is pointed out, ( the web site shows my vehicle many kilometers from it's actual location) Netstar change the Unit. for 3 weeks I have no web site information, when I eventually I get information on the web site, it shows my vehicle as being located in Kiev, Russia. I have spoken to, and been pushed between 10 (and I can name them) people of various seniority with zero satisfaction. When I attempted to contact the CEO, again fobbed off, no email or phone number is forthcoming.
