Unauthorised debit orders/disgusting accounts lady

I have a debit order with SOS Protec and on investigation, discovered that i have been debited twice every month since January. also, when we installed the alarms, we were told that we would only start paying for the service from January (the signs were put up on the house in December). On discussion with the very, very rude account lady, Lucritia Macu, i was told that i was lying that nobody told us that payments would only commence in January so she conveniently took off an additional debit order in February (for December). She also decided that do to a technical call out charged at R350 she would also debit me for that. These are all unauthorised. When i called her, she shouted at me and spoke over me and told me that she is done speaking to me and is going to HANG UP, which she did. I have never been spoken to like that in my life!!! I signed a debit order for R250 per month (aquates to R1250 (this discussion was in May). Up to May i had been charged a disgusting total of R2100!! and have a credit balance with SOS. I have never heard of having a credit balance with a debit order service. If one of my employees spoke to a customer like that, she would definitely be FIRED!!!
