Digidirect Electronics to me & took my money

I am based in Durban and in June 2013 I bought a phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) from Digidirect Electronics who are allegedly based in PE. the Sales Manager, Henry Phillip said I was going to have the phone delivered from PE to my door step SAME DAY AT NO EXTRA COSTS except for R120 delivery from PE.

So then I paid R4120 to the account number he gave me. The next thing they send me a tracking number from SYKBLUE COURS telling me I need to pay R2500 to get my phone delivered from USA or whatever. When I called Phillip and his co-worker Raymond to cancel as this was not the agreement, He just laughed at me, hung up. I called him many times thereafter and he said I will get my money in 3 MONTHS time. Called the company again yesterday, they pretended they cant hear me then hung up on me.

I really need my money and its been so long. PLEASE HELP. And can the police help me arrest these people. how do I get my money back from these @$#! $*?

HOPE PUNISHES THEM MAKES THEM SUFFER FOR AS LONG AS THEY LIVE FOR THIS!!
