CLASSIFIED A CRIMINAL BY YOUR STAFF

I Visited the Cypress Complex in Randburg upon arriving I was assisted by one of your staff Christopher (name provided by himself).

I advised him of the unit that I am visiting he then responded by saying that the intercom system is not working so he cannot provide me visiting access to the complex. He requested that I call the person I am visiting with my phone and sort myself out. My phone battery was unfortunately flat I advised Christopher of this his reply was "SORRY I CANT HELP YOU". I asked him what was protocol to follow in such an instance cause I can call anyone and tell him they said yes I can enter the complex.

He then got upset and started shouting at me claiming that I can be a criminal and then opened the boom and let me in without even signing the entry register. I am not sure of what protocols your staff follows in such an instance but I personally think Christopher was too lazy to perform his duties which should of been escorting visitors to the residence their visiting when the intercom system is out of order to ensure safety of residents.

Christopher is an ambassador of Securitas and by displaying behaviour as such is definitely not good for your company.
