They ' broke my car window

To think i nearly let to of my friends move to these fools, they came an installed their thingy on my car, next thing their technician messes up my rear window beading, which was very intact before he worked on the car, then they have a nerve to tell me they wont fix it, this despite the fact that their technician his way through the whole ordeal and said he inspected the car with my wife before he left. I can take paying R1100 to buy a new bead no biggie, but if you going to send your technicians to work on and mess up ppl's cars then pay for the damages, not come with excuses and shifting the blame, dont even know why i tried moving from tracker, they are by far better than you and i will make sure no one i know uses CarTrack, that u can bet on
