BAD SERVICE!!!

On Thursday 11 July Cartrack technicians were supposed to install their tracking devices into 5 vehicles. The technicians had been incorrectly advised on what they were supposed to install and when I phoned Cartrack to find out what was going on they tried to blame me for completing the paperwork incorrectly, which was not the case! I asked to speak to a manager and was put through to Jacques Bester who said that he would get back to me but never did! I then sent him and Barend Blignaut an email and again the following day but to date I have had no response from either of them! Tuesday 16 July I had still not heard a word from Cartrack although they had not finished with the installations so I called to find out when this was going to be sorted out. A technician was sent out to complete the installations but again ran out of time to complete everything. Another appointment was made for Monday 22 July but again they were unable to complete the installations so made another appointment for today, Tuesday 23 July at 12h00. Needless to say I have not heard a word from Cartrack and no technician has arrived! The service has been appalling and I would definitely not recommend Cartrack!
