AFTER SALES SERVICE!

ADT alarm was installed about 3 weeks ago. We have made a few calls asking for assitance regarding the alram and till now, no response, call back or anything! Twice the alarm went off and no phone call to ask if everything ok. Yesterday, 22 June 2013, my husband spoke to Kevin and explained what was happening. Kevin called him back and said he spoke to Vishaal and Vishaal will call us back on what to do... Till now still nothing...!
And also what we were told by the of ADT and what was told by the techincian who installed the alarm was not the same. ADT's intergrety is very questionable, they have no after sales service and they dont live up to there promises...
If this is the kind of service we get as new clients, then we dont see the need to continue having a security company who cannot keep us secure, as the reason for the alarm!!!
This is very disapponting and we will not recommend this company to anyone!
Lets pray we get some feed back today from ADT security and Vtech...
