Ilegally Deducted Money From my bank account

I closed my Tracker Account because they had lost a vital recording that I requested and they confirmded that the account was closed now I see they just deducted they premium during the month on the 15 th of June I am Deeply disappointed its to just take money out of my account with out my approval
