I AM NOW DONE WITH MATRIX!!

All i have to say is i have eventually got no more energy to fight with this Company anymore. I had an upgrade done couple months ago, was sent back to fitment centre as the card was faulty. For the last couple days every time i start my car an sms gets sent saying "geoloc alarm" I called in and was told "this is normal" yeah right!!! I then got it again today and was told that apparently they upgrading the button and card in one. Please for the love of when was i going to be told about this. This Company has absolutely no feedback skills what soever. I want this sorted out. Ask Chevonne. She will tell you what queries she has sorted out of mine. Pathetic that i pay this amount every month and get feedback like this! As soon as this contract ends i will be moving to another Company.
