Such a -company

This company is really conning its clients, I got a shock of my life last week when I found out that the device that is installed in my car was long time discontinued by this company. All along I've been paying my monthly premiums without benefitting anything. I was shocked when I called them last week Friday when I found that they cant track my car due to the device that is installed is no longer in use by Matrix. After my wife drove the car the whole day without the card not deliberately, I never receive any call from them notifying me that the car is moving without the card. I only got a surprise of my life. My question is how many millions are unaware of this but busy committed and trusting matrix with their vehicles. This company is useless it doesn't give a about its customers. Why don't the notify their customers. I was told that sorry Mandla we can't track your car cause the device that you using is faulty and it also discontinued by our company. The service is shocking and their employees they don't have sense acknowledgement but very great in arguing with the customers. I wish people should be aware of this, cause it really gave me a shock as I trusted them.
