I bought a house from the previous owner who had a relationship with Adt, he then referred me to them hence a lafy by the name of Ronel came to my house two weeks ago, last night there was movement outside my house. I personally pressed the panic button no one respondef up until I csllef thr call centre shocking enough I was told the alarm is not connected to their head office. Does this mean I have been risking my life for the past two weeks .can someone explain to me on how on earth does Adt operate. The lady in question is so unprofessional she doed not bother responding to calls hence I'm certain is due to the colour of my skin, can someone explain to me when will Adt fix the alarm issues in my house. I know I'm black hence I deserve to br trestrd with dignity
