Adt is Corrupt

We had a break inn and Adt did not phone us to let us know, when we phoned them thy confirmed an sms was sent that stated BATTERY LOW we asked were thy sent the sms to the number they sent it to was not our contact number, they confirmed a number was changed, When we asked changed the number they could not tell us when we asked for the recording they could not give it, The morning of the Break inn all our shops doors and gates were open, Adt has patrol cars and they could not see something was strange at our shop??? The TOTAL LOSS WAS R185000.00 AND WE NEED TO REPLACE IT ALL WHY DO WE PAY FOR A SERVICE BUT THE SERVICE IS STEELING OUR MONEY, ADT YOU ARE CORRUPT!!!
