Incorrect number swapped to Microsim

Friday 1 March 2013 my son went to have his sim (cell no 0832928725) swopped to micro sim. He had a letter of authorisation from his dad as the contract are on his name (his cell 0835969734). The person assisting confirmed the number to be swapped was 0832928725 & proceeded to issue mico sim. Later on that day we discovered that the incorrect number was changed to micro sim. We phoned the customer service who told us to ph contract number, who proceeded to tell us they cannot help we need to go to any MTN branch to have it changed. We went to Kenilworth Centre who told us we had to go back to Claremont. At 12 clock on Sat my husband went to Claremont & explained what had happened. He was told the manager had to contact JHB and sort it out and that it would be done that afternoon and they would give us a ring on an alternative number we had provided. We still waiting for the call & the sim no's still remain unaltered. My husband had been trying to sort this out all morning and has had no luck. MTN service is disgusting how can you treat your customers like this after this was your mistake the letter provided clearly stated which number had to be altered.
