Can't Pay for lack/Poor of service

Hi,
1. I logged a call with your call center first in December, January then Feb, reporting that the device installed on my vehicle doesn't activate, till today I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to test
2.The agreed installment amount is R159, 00 per month and that's the only amount I will authorize my bank to debit, You cannot skip one month and expect to debit double the following month without even checking with the customer
3.No statements, why is this so?
4.Ironically the only and the first communication received from you guys is that my account has been handed ove
