Still being billed after 6 months!!

I had called in and cancelled my contract with Altech Netstar telephonically and by email, but they still bill me every month. I have put in numerous reverse transactions (debit orders) with my bank, but they change the amount and reference number every month. Their device has a battery which dies after 6 months and results in damaging your car battery, starter and alternator. They do not do inspections on their device at all, and are aware of the destruction to your vehicle caused by their device, but they are only concerned about billing clients.
