Hi, I have tried several time to contact the sales rep who I signed a contract with. But it seems once they get the contract signed they no longer feel the need to respond to the client. I sighed a contract with Heleen Nell 2 weeks ago, providing her with my banking details etc for the debit order. The technical team then came to my alarm and sent me a quote of R9k to 'upgrade' and 'repair' my existing alarm. When Heleen came to see me she told me that they could incorporate the cost of upgrading my alarm into the monthly service fee if I signed a 2 or 3 year contract. But Heleen has not returned my calls or emails since. I would like to cancel the contract that I have signed with Heleen as my alarm has not been activated - but she will not get back to me. I have tried emailing several people but with no response at all. If this is the service Blue Security offers to prospective clients I would hate to see how they treat their existing clients.
