I have been trying to resolve an issue with your company for almost 1 year, well next month will be exactly a year. I missed a debit order last year June 2012. I made a double payment in the month of July to bring this month I missed up to date but my ITC report now shows I am 9 months in arrears, I have called your call centre for 10 months and have spoken to 10-15 different people. I still have a contract with ADT which I am still paying every a month but still nobody has resolved my query. I had my bond declined because my account is 9 months in arrears and it has effected my scoring with ITC and the banks. I am not asking for much but all I would like is for YOUR ERROR to be rectified. If you don't have the proper staff to do the job, I would like the Financial Director to give me a call. I have also just seen that you have a high number of Complaints on Hello Peter, so I am sure this will just be another for the books or is there really somebody at ADT that takes customer service seriously. I await your response.
