WORST Financial Institution!!

Firstly I signed a form that my account would be debited on the 1st of the month, on the 3rd the amount comes off though, after numerous months of me asking to fix this they keep saying its my banks fault yet everything else comes off as its meant to. So by default of this error I missed 2 payments (thinking it was fixed after the 1st incident), they were very quick to say I'm in arrears and they will report me to the credit bureau etc. I made arrangements to fix this (got double debited for THREE months) they called me FINALLY saying I am in the clear. The next month they double debited AGAIN, I call to inquire and they admit its there fault and see its been double debited. They say I must send them bank statements showing this though in MY account (yet they see it in there records). Oh and that they wont pay any penalties or bank charges that I accrue due to there stuff up. So basically now I am out of pocket and must now leave work to get these statements (IE spend/lose money) to email them (they never gave me an email address) to get my money which they basically from me and ALSO have to pay arrears on other accounts that they won't help with! What can I do to fight them?
