Loan Application

Good Day
I applied for a loan on the 19/06/2013 with Tasneem Abdullah after doing an online application and none one called me back.
When I called in I spoke to Tasneem who did an online application for me and advised that I Qualify for an amount of R50000 OVER 18 MONTHS .
She indicated that I need to send through my documentation ie
-Bank statements
-ID Document
-Salary Slip
She indicated that this needed to be vetted and that she would come back to me with a final answer which she did indicating that it was approved.
I then advised her that I would be taking a much lesser amount And needed the confirmation from the educational institution which closed over the June /July period.
I Received this Information on Friday and contacted Tasneem she then advised me that the credit policy had been changed.
The loan had been approved under a different credit policy and I was awaiting the final payout amount as per my discussions with Tasneem. She at no point indicated that the final approval was quotation. she also indicated that she could have the money in my account in minutes.

I spoke to ALICIA ABRAHAMS this morning in the credit department-no help at all
