Security? Total disregard of safety!!

I logged numerous calls on my expense. Alarm went off at 1pm. No call to me to make sure we are OK.No vehicle sent to check. Called just to hear that there is no signal and there was no signal for some months! Informed it is my duty to test!! Since when? You take my money every month and do not deliver any service!!! You are in breach of contract. As if testing the alarm would have helped as this is now a month and a half later and still no one came out to fix the "battery"!! Asked to speak to senior management. Ha-Ha, I am a supervisor and not my fault! Tony called from Rock security that service their alarms after I called numerous times. Left message. Tried calling back a few times and there is just no answer! Can the CEO or Director please call me and get this sorted. What will it take for Chubb to realize they are not delivering a service. When someone is attacked and they are sued at the end of the day due to undelivery of service??? Call me as I have had enough! Suppose the call will NEVER come!!! Maybe sueing you for non delivery of service is what is neccessary???
