Deduction on my bank account without consent

Some sales lady from the above mentioned company phoned me after a tracker device was installed into my vehicle offering their services to me but i thanked her and said i was not interested. They still proceed with the application and just deducted the premium from my account without any consent whatsoever from my side. I want them exposed for what they are.
