ADT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE a month later and NO REPLY

I recently moved home. ADT contacted me. I told them that I was not interested as my Mother passed away over 18 month ago and ADT has still not cancelled her contract after numerous phone calls and lawyers letters. Sean Pathel assured me that he will follow up and sort out. Well about 2 months later the calls started coming through informing me my moms alarm has gone off and they can not get hold of her. That's because she is DEAD! Over the course of the next 4 day I received multiple phone calls. One evening I received 17 calls about this dam alarm in the middle of the night! every time I am reminded of the fact that my mother is no longer around and I have to explain the whole story. I called ADT to rectify this, Ibrahim said someone will call me back. Nothing happened. I called again and he said Retonja will call me with regards to cancellation of my contract. Nothing happened. I sent an 2 emails as he requested explaining my story. No reply. I called again and spoke to a lady whom was going to help.she asked me to send another email, which I did and no reply. The are never any managers or seniors available to speak to. I have cancelled my debit order as this is not my only problem with ADT!!
