Billed for an Installation i do not have

Overview: Rep, Hendrik Willemse, quoted me. I signed, asked about the dog inside the house. He said that quote wont be doable. Completed a 2nd quote. The 2nd quote was installed. I paid in full. ADT are since July2012 trying to bill me for the 1st quote. I emailed, MD, Exec Officer, Rep, Credit control, Supervisors, spoken to the rep, gt hold of ADT UK for help. No replies. I STOPPED the debit order, and pay by CASH, and ADT changes the amount, and simply deducts a different amount every month. Each month i Reverse the amount as its already Paid via deposit. I have many emails, even "begging" anyone at ADT to contact me - every email is ingored. Other than going to NCC - i do not know what to do.
