I gave dean a counter quote which was taken to manager upstairs he came back and said, to better the counter quote he would remove the R 1315. 79 which was indicate as Bank transaction on the counter quote from Kia Motors gold reef He then removed the amount and gave me a invoice that was made out to M F C a division of Ned bank for the amount of R 137995.00 Which was the agreed amount agreed on when i signed the documents. for the order On collection which i already told my daughter we are going to collect her car the the finance lady laid out a contract where the amount was back to the amount that was on the counter quote Which was R 139 495.01 i f asked her about it she said that she would sort it out in January I had to contact them to query the progress and now the have a lot of excuses they do not want to refund me
I think the sales man misleads me and blatantly to my face to get me to sign the order i have prove to this afect
