Pathetic service

After 6 months of chasing CHUBB for 1. monthly invoices (the postal strike is no excuse as they were given our email addresses), surprise surprise a final notice letter was received with threats of terminated services, black listing and being sued (the account was up to date at the time because we took it upon ourselves to pay without invoices). 2. The alarm has not functioned correctly since it was installed and results in spontanious alarm triggering, guess what CHUBB is quick to charge for excessive responses. I want a letter of apology from their head of accounts and i refuse to pay the monthly fee starting from now (june 2013) until the Fing technician comes out and sets the alarm control panel correctly. Your after sales service has been pathetic!!
