ADT has my deposit

I had Andre Erasmus from ADT come to my home to give me a quote to repair the alarm system that was not functioning.

I was quoted a certain amount and told that it could potentially increase if it was found that further work was needed. It was agreed that I would be able to back out of the quote if further work was needed as I was not prepared to pay the amount quoted on the further work. All of this was noted on the quote and signed by both myself and Andre Erasmus (sales).

I also have it in writing that If I backed out of the quote, my deposit would be repaid in full without hassle.

I then backed out of the quote under the agreed conditions and I am still waiting for my deposit to be repaid for nearly 2 months now.

I have all correspondence with a Mr. P. Govinden and Andre Erasmus in email, I will be more than happy to forward that info onto anyone who is dealing with this complaint.

I will also be laying a case of against ADT for the withheld deposit at my local police station if my money is not deposited into my bank account today (07 August 3013)

If needed I will forward the case number as well.

I expect this to be resolved immediately.
