On the 21 May 2013, I paid and sent a Proof of Payment to Maxidor Sales Consultant who forwarded it to the installation department. According to the qoute the installation was to take place in the next 3-5 days as per their policy. Today is the 04 June and my gates are still not installed. Last week an installer came to my house only to tell me that he will not be able to install the gate because I have a lintel above my door. To my surprise a lintel is a coomon practise in construction so for him not to know that my door will have a lintel is suprising. Now I am sure that it was his excuse not to install. Its now three days after, he didnt even bother to come back to me and the security gates that I paid for has not been installed. I find this very disrespectfull to me as a client. Maybe MAXIDOR categorises their clients so certain orders are not as important as others. If they are in the service department that is a shame. Everyday I call the Sales Consultant with no luck. I am sick and tired and now I am reporting this matter to Consumer protection also.
