I have been a loyal customer of Royal Alarms for over 10 years and I am absolutely appalled with the level of service that I have received in recent months.
The lack of feedback on my requests & the misinformation across the board has prompted my decision. Examples of such include a reassurance that I was given about a special rate of R199 that I will receive being a pensioner but in contrast I've been charged R450p.m. for an alarm that has worked in 4months.

On April 23rd I wrote spoke to Moggie regarding canceling my account and she asked that I email Mr Clense Nadioo at this address: operations@royalalarms. Not only did I not receive a response from the man I was told was the Operations Manager but my account has yet again been debited on June 3rd to my absolute disgust. I am being held at ransom by Royal Alarms as they show no intent a level of service that can be deemed satisfactory and yet they also refuse to stop debiting my account month on month despite my repeated attempts to cancel the account.
