Unit not working

I have installed tracker unit on my car since september 2010 and all along it was working fine until december 2012 when i started getting messages that my unit is not responding.

I contacted them and asked them to fix it in january and may gave them my residential address but even today no one came to fix it. This is a very bad service considering that my account is debited every month.
