CHARGING FOR UNIT NOT WORKING

I am so disgusted in Tracker SA. This month Tracker debited my account with R1300.00 and my premium is R299. When I phoned they said they charged me for December January and February and also 400 sms's were sent. Now my unit wasn't working properly in December and it was reported the day after installation. Tracker advised me that they will send someone within a day or 2 as I was going on Holiday. I never heard from them again until the 8th of January 2013 to advise me they sending a technician. Many sms's were sent while he was testing and I'm being charged for this and also the time it wasn't working. They are quick to take money out of your account and you never hear from them. And still my hidden button doesn't work???
