Booking made!!! installation company knows nothing

I applied for the R159 a month package with Shaun on the 28th of May and was told to Go to the Bellville Branch for installation for the device. firstly he gave me a address of 143 Voortrekker Bellville which is the address of Real People which is a Financial institute. i had to call to the call center and held on for 5min to only find out the correct address is 251 Durban road. i then went there as he told me my booking is today at 2pm and that they would know that im coming. Got there the ladies said sorry we do not have anything of you on our system.

i left their as the shop does not even have parking and was almost clamped for parking and the parking which belongs to the tyre place.

i want my account cancelled as i understand that im going to have alot of trouble if my first day with you start off like this...
