INCOMPLETE/SHODY WORK

This company required me to pay them in full before installing the new burglar proofs and doors on the 28/05/2013.Then i demanded that they must finish the installation the same day.which they promised. They then failed to complete the project and they then said they will complete it the next day. But they failed to pitch the next day.
My contract with them included the removal of the existing burglars, but they failed to do so instead installed the new one over the old one. Citing risk of breaking the windows. But my contract with them which cost R59000 included that.

If any company demands cash before delivery, it should be able to deliver the product on time. i now feel duped. Now the sales rep is taking a dive.

Be wary of this company. their advert promises installation within 24hours but mine took 9 Days.

Pathetic.
