On the 19 March 2013 I log a complaint on Hellopeter with regards to ADT I notice that they sent a responds "We take note of your comments, these have been communicated to our Management Team, and you will be contacted by someone where they will look to assist you further.

Till today I have not receive any reply on the 12 April I receive a bill I need to pay R462 is this service and a message to contact Glenda I call her and she said she will get back to me I did not receive any feed back than toady 28 May 2013 I receive a message I need to call Glenda to make payment arrangements. This is lack off customer service.
