Discovery Insure's follow up to my complaint about their total LACK of SERVICE was from Seelan (he didn't even bother to contact me) who wrote in his previous report that Glenda was in contact with me to resolve my complaint - not so true... After I called the call center and held for knows how long and was transferred from pillar to post, I eventually reached a Glenda Woods who gave me the same answer as everyone else - "It's with management, we'll get back to you" (doesn't sound like she was trying to resolve my complaint does it?). Anyway, Ganyane called back to say my claim was approved and that the only thing I need to do is fill out a form which she'll email to me straight away so we can settle this matter...
Absolutely NO SHOCK here that she didn't do as she committed and I am still waiting to receive this magical form that will once and for all settle my claim
Wonder how long I'll have to wait this time, or better yet... how much airtime will I have to spend waiting on hold until I can request the form??
If it takes this long to pay out a short term insurance claim, what will happen with my life insurance payout to my son if something happens to me?
