Not able to install a brand new Garage Doo

Bought a brand new garage door in June, up to today it is not working because Exclusive doors & Automation is not willing to install it the right way. Not even coming out on site and ignoring messages of the customer, thats their attitude. They are sending incompetent installers who even my petrol for the generator. I paid R 10316.- for a brand new door (in June!!!) and now - in November - it is still not working. So I cannot recommend this company at all!!!
