Bad/No service

Having spent 30 minutes on 2 separate calls to the call centre I asked for a representative to come to my house to quote on a security upgrade. I had 2 different appointments the second appointment because the first didn't turn up. Neither turned up or phoned me. I then contacted ADT on their website asking for feedback. 5 days later I have not had a reply... I even had the names of the representatives. Where to from here? Certainly no more attempts at contacting ADT.
