Unable to conculde an upgrade

On Monday 4 Mar I called customer services and expressed an interest to upgrade my system. They referred me to tech who called me back later, but I missed the call. I returned the call to tech later Mon, who where then going to get someone to call me back.

I believe Bianca in sales, then phoned everyone on the call list, except me. I left a message on her mobile, during Tuesday, and eventually got a return call late Wed. She setup and appointment to come see me Thur, but cancelled 30 min before her appointment and palmed me off to her colleague who would come see me sometime Fri. No one contacted me, so at 15:30 Fri, I phoned Bianca and queried the fact her colleague was a no show. Expressing amazement she confirmed she would follow up and phone be back immediately. I have received no phone calls to date.

Although the request is merely an "upgrade", the upgrade is a pre-requisite for the armed response to actually work. This has not worked since day one and for which I have been charged for more than a year now. A state which I believe ADT have known about, but did not bother to notify me about this serious flaw in my security.

I don't know what to do, but change vendors.
