More empty promises

After reporting on Hello Peter the non-refund of deductions made without my consent, I had immediate response from ADT. I insisted that the promise of a full refund by Friday 24 May be put in writing.(Not the first time I've had written promises). Naturally no refund has yet been received. I am now so fed up with broken promise that I'm off to the Small Claims Court tomorrow. This is really horrendous service. Six months it's taken and still no satisfaction. Is the culture of ADT one of and taking of money from people who do not agree to it?
