Follow up on my struggle to get a refund

To whom it may concern
I wrote to you about the complaint of Homemark who could not respond to my calls and who could not refund me for the products they were unable to deliver since November 5, 2012. On the same day that you contacted them, they did respond with a promise as in the past that they will refund the money within three days. At the very same day they came back with offers to the value of the money on which I was not interested. They also wanted me to contact you and say that the matter was resolved which I agreed to do when I have received the refund. And Guess what happened, they only called with the same empty promises of a refund which never happened.
