I have made phone call after phone call, email after email. Promise after promise... But nothing ever comes from it. Grouping owes me R799 for a product i never received in October. They always promise it will be sorted out and it never does. All i get is a reference number after a reference number. Now they told me they have placed the money into my account at the beginning of the month... WHERE? And you can't even give me proof of payment. I am going to report you to the No. 68 of 2008: Consumer Protection Act, 2008. You will also soothe hearing from the small claims court where then I will be taking the article to the magazines or newspapers because guess what I'm tired of your terrible promises and excuses and keeping my money. Do not contact me with a bother reverances number or "we are busy with the problem" cause I have heard that for the past four months. I hope everyone that reads this feels warned that they should not waste their time with groupon, because there are many other lovely sites that offers the same value with amazing service.
