Don't use CHUBB, incompetant

I have only been with Chubb since October 2012. In that time I have experienced complete incompetance. Currently I am trying to get them to correct their incorrect billing. It took them several weeks ot come out to connect me so I only got connection in November 2012 and I was only meant to be billed from December. I am sitting with a bill for October 2012 (I had no service) as well as being charged 100% of the connection fee for 2012 and now also for 2013. The 2012 connection fee was supposedly meant to have been applied pro rata and I am meant to be receiving a credit. My query has been with the accounts department since 17 November. Still I have not had a resolution. Christopher Weyers has assured me on several occasions that it is now corrected, pity my bill says otherwise and no doubt the debit order will be what is on the bill.
