I HAVE CALLED ADT ACCOUNTS EVERYDAY FROM MONDAY 9AM TO THURSDAY 12H30 AT LEAST 4 TIMES A DAY. I ALWAYS GET PUT ON HOLD AND THEN THE LINE CUTS.
DOES ADT NOT HAVE ANYONE IN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT TO ANSWER THE PHONES?
THIS IS VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNACCEPTABLE
