A debt order of R70 was not honored on the day that it was supposed to come off. Due to the fact that my money was paid in a bit later but on the same day. Debit order went off about 20:00 the money was paid in abt 24:00 of the same day... but never the less the now I am charged R138 for a that R70 debit order. In fact there are two charges of R138 for two separate debit orders. FNB are you that greedy for money. Are times this tuff that a bank of your caliber need to deem fit still to rob person of his last. To make matters more interesting I am under Debt review so no compassion either.
Your bank chargers are ridiculous. Is this how you HELP by dragging an indebted person even more down.
I was under the impression your were here to help not drag the last cent out of me.
So now I need to know what must I do to reverse that amount or must I just accept it like everything else that is happening this country.
