BAD SERVICE

I have settled my account on the 01/09/2011 to the amount of R288.00. Since then I had to fax and mail my proof of payment back and forth endlessly without any help from Netstar. I have even received letters from their lawyers demanding that I pay up. Same result. Just as useless as Netstar. How can u not pick up a payment? How does something small like this to resolve? Now the want us to trust them with our vehicles? And they think they are the only persons with lawyers. I am ready and has done my homework. Enough bull!!
