Forbid we put our lives in their hands

It all started with three phone calls to get a rep to come and see us. When she finally came she told us that the first three months were free but the first attempt for a debit order to go through went through on the 15 th of the month already, even before their technician came to connect us. The technician couldn't give us the solution we asked for and promised that a senior person will contact us which never happened. There was no response when we pressed the panic button to test the system and the emergency number we were given cuts off after ringing a few times. In the meantime they are still getting their money every month and we have NO security. Three months later. I have given up calling them after three months as nobody calls back and we get promised every time, even after I called to tell them we had an attempted burglary. Thank goodness for my dogs that saved my life! ADT IS Pathetic!
