VERY bad service

Chubb Rustenburg is hopeless. I moved six months ago and have had endless problems. My address was wrong on the system. Many times the technicians went to the incorrect address.
Alternatively, despite a request for feedback or an undertaking to ask the person concerned to contact me, nobody ever reverts.
