Why pay for something you don't get

Last year we installed a alarm system at our house that we where renting. early this year we got notice to move from the house where we moved to a plot just outside rustenburg on the rex road.

i went to the chubb offices to notify them that we have moved to a new house, and tey said that all is fine
later the lady phoned me very arrogant and told me that there is no Way they are going to help me on the farm because there is no armed response in that area and we have to pay for another three years

i phoned the chubb offices again to try and resolve this matter they told me they will speak to the area manager and come back to me the next day with no response until this time
i would love to stay with chubb but they cant give me service what i need

my wife and three children is at home alone allot because i travel allot i really need a company that can give us armed response
