ADT CHARGED EXTRA ON A FIXED CONTRACT

I signed a contract with ADT for R 255 per month for monitoring and armed response. The debit order was going off correctly. All of a sudden, ADT starts debiting me with R 263.55 per month without informing me.

I know that it is a small amount - but it's the principle behind it. How can ADT charge their clients extra without informing - especially that this is a two year fixed contract.

Disappointing service!!!
